Function of Warping

Warping is an important step in the textile manufacturing process, in which yarn for weaving and knitting is arranged in parallel order. It is developed to address the needs of fabric production; it must be of high standard quality, free from faults, and consistent with other fabrics produced.

• German Imported Equipment: In all our warping processes, we employ German-made Karl Mayer spandex, reliable and technologically savvy machines. This also helps to ensure that this company’s work meets the highest standards possible.

• Extensive Equipment: At present, 20 sets of the Karl Mayer DSE-HH machines are installed. They can process spandex deniers ranging from 18 to 640, and the warping counts vary between 30 and 1090. Moreover, we have included the DS 50/32DNC filament machine from Karl Mayer, which allows for large warping heads.
• Maximum Scale: High-sun spandex furnishing occupies the top place in China in terms of scale to accommodate various complicated and enormous demands for spandex production.
