We are pleased to announce the Nylon 6 Graphene Modification: A new generation of textile material that combines graphene with nylon 6 for enhanced performance and comfort. Finally, the new fibre features are as follows: the yarn matrix is evenly embedded with graphene by employing superior technology to endow the fabric with far-infrared emission, high antibacterial performance, UV protection, negative ion facility, and anti-mite function.
Function:
Nylon 6 graphene modification is designed to have an excellent cold touch sensation and improved functional characteristics. Due to its high Q30 and low Q100, the material efficiently dissipates heat, which makes the fibre suitable for uses that require cooling, moisture control, and more layers of protective functions. Due to its flexibility, it is also efficient and favorable to the user’s comfort in the long term.

- Advanced Graphene Integration: However, it is claimed that the fiber incorporates state-of-the-art technology to guarantee that the graphene is well embedded in the Nylon 6 matrix and well distributed within the yarn. This integration helps to get the most out of graphene, where the heat transfer rate and functional performance are major factors.
- Far Infrared Emission: The yarn itself releases far infrared rays, which help in the provision of warmth and comfort. It comes in handy in controlling the temperatures by allowing the heat to be released with ease.
- High Antibacterial Effect: The enhancement given as a result of the graphene modification is very effective against bacterial growth, making the fabric more hygienic.
- UV Resistance: It contains a high level of ultraviolet protection, meaning the textile is resistant to the destructive effects of ultra violet light, and thus, when used in the fiber, will help in increasing the durability of the textile.
- Negative Ion Generation: The yarn produces negative ions known as ‘air vitamins’ which can help to produce a better quality of air and create a refreshing and comforting feel.
- Anti-Mite Properties: The fact that the yarn possesses anti-mite properties plays a major role in preventing the buildup of mites and is good for sensitive applications.
- Cold Touch Feeling: In the present study, a Qmax value up to 0 was obtained. 25 J/(cm2), the feel of the yarn is a cold touch feeling that is very comfortable against the skin.
- High Thermal Conductivity and Low Specific Heat: This makes sure that the overall heat is spread out fast and does not retain heat, hence giving the textiles a cool touch.
